Staff is super friendly. Location:. There is a free shuttle bus to the Petronas twin tower, from where you can take a free bus to Pavillion or other places. Ideal and saves you the difficult negotiations with taxis! . There is also a skytrain nearby (5min steps). Use this instead of taxi because these are super cheap and very easy to use. In the hotel they gave us the necessary information. Accommodation:... is more than what you need. Hotel is really well located. Hotel really smells like great perfume and is very nicely decorated. . The rooms are stylish and bathroom is breathtakingly beautiful. I even liked it better than on the pictures. In the room you will find an umbrella (you should not buy one when it rains), an iron and ironing board, toiletries, desk with WIFI (quality), bath slippers, LCD with different channels to which you can connect a USB (you can bring films on usb-stick and watch them in the evening by just plugging them in). . Breakfast: There is always someone at the Egg stand. This ensures that you get the tasty and fresh eggs / sommelettes / etc. mixed with vegetables cheese etc. . there is something for everyone and what I also found useful is the fact that you could get hot breakfast such as rice with vegetables, noodles with vegetables, Indian dishes, etc. . Fresh juice is also served. As soon as you enter, someone will be there to guide you to the table and offer you coffee or tea immediately. If you want something else...you just have to ask.
It's no exaggeration to say that I really couldn't find anything to write in this column.

I enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur hotel. I liked its design, location, and atmosphere. I enjoyed the hospitality and the warmness of the staff there and I loved looking at the chandleliers and the walls. It's a very interesting hotel.
I just wished the breakfast was included in the room fares because we used to pay money and eat a little.

The great thing is the location. The Ampang lrt station is just across the street. The rest is just basics.Irecommend they focus on their front dest staff. When checking out, they didnt even say, thank you and just say "thats it". Not an experience expected from a 5star hotel.
The receptionist attitude. They are not rude but lack of courtesy. They also didnt give a copy of hotel bills.Usually hotels will give the bills in an envelope, eventhough the bill has been paid in advance thru credit cards.

Pool needs to be heated. Even though it was 31 degrees it was cold in the pool

After a long drive, it took far too long to get my room due to a defective air-conditioning unit. I felt neglected as I waited for almost two hours before a new room was finally assigned, and during that time, I received little communication or reassurance from the staff.
